FINANCIAL SUPPORT
In cases of financial hardship, it’s important that we are made aware at the earliestopportunity so we can advise you on how to make a claim through the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), and on how best to keep the funeral costs to a minimum.
You should be aware that even if you receive assistance from the DWP, there will still be a balance to pay. Should your claim be refused, you will be liable to pay for the cost of the funeral.
We do at the time of making arrangements ask for a £2500.00 deposit and you will be then invoiced seven days after the service for the remainder or full payment 5 days before the day of the funeral under some circumstances.
The final balance must be paid within 14 days of the final invoice date after the funeral.The following charges will be made for late payment: £50 each month
